National Restoration Contracting and Consulting, Inc. (NRCC)
is owned and operated by Ken Densler, President, and Steve Little,
Vice-President Production. Ken Densler has been in the construction and
renovation industry for 27 years. Steve Little brings 4 years of
experience in the construction industry and 8 years of Supervisor
Maintenance experience in the apartment industry.
Ken and Steve have comprised a team that understands how to minimize
problems through communication and maximize results through quality
performance. Communication is a big part of our success, not only with
each other and sub-contractors, but also with Property and Maintenance
Managers.
At NRCC, we will help educate clients who need assistance in their areas
of concern. We go to great lengths in providing knowledge to our
clients, enabling them to value engineer their projects. We are setting
the premier standard for others in the industry to follow.
